TCR! Services

Twin Cities RISE! saves you time and money by providing:

1. Top Quality Training
Every participant receives on average, one year of training in "hard" skills such as computer applications, business correspondence, customer service plus specific technical skill training for the desired career area.


In addition, Twin Cities RISE! places a strong emphasis on soft skills training. Each participant receives a minimum of 24 weeks of soft skills training that includes:

  • Conflict resolution
  • Career and family management
  • Business
  • Acculturation
  • Time management, respect, problem solving, teamwork
  • Communication
  • Organization

The training takes place in a professional business-simulated environment with attendance and dress code requirements. To find out more about the training we offer, view the Core Program.

2. Employer-Employee Match Services
Twin Cities RISE! can reduce your hiring costs by being your source of quality applicants. Twin Cities RISE! is committed to finding the best applicants for each job. We examine each job description and work closely with the employer to identify the specific skills and cultural fit requirements. We then screen the most suitable candidates and refer them to you.

3. Retention Services to Reduce Turnover
Twin Cities RISE! graduates have an 82% retention rate in their first year of employment. Once participants are hired, Twin Cities RISE! continues to provide them with individual follow-up, soft skills instruction, and other retention services for at least one year. A Twin Cities RISE! Coach stays in close communication with the participant as well as the employer (if desired by employer) during this time to make sure that the new employee is performing well. We make sure that follow-up contacts never intrude upon the job. If the Twin Cities RISE! trained employee needs additional training that is offered by us, it is available at no cost.
