Twin Cities RISE! Programs

Core Program: Provides comprehensive personal coaching and training leading to a living-wage job. We offer more than 30 courses in basic educational and vocational skills.

Awali Inside Out: Serves pre-release prisoners at Ramsey County Correctional Facility to help them be more successful when they leave prison. We bring Personal Empowerment training to inmates and encourage them to enroll in the Core Program following release.

Empowerment Institute program: Working in nonprofits, schools, and corporations, TCR! teaches personal empowerment classes that help develop leadership and individual success.
