Twin Cities RISE! is a training and skill development program. Our mission is to train under- and unemployed adults for full-time, skilled jobs that pay a living wage of at least $20,000 per year with full benefits.
Twin Cities RISE! operates and admits new participants continuously throughout the year. We start formal class sessions in January, March, May, August, and October. Go to Skill Development Program for a detailed description of the program.
