THE RELEASE & RESTORE PROJECT WAS CREATED IN AN EFFORT TO INCREASE THE AVAILABILITY AND REACH OF THE REENTRY CONNECT PROGRAM, REDUCE RECIDIVISM RATES & RESTORE DIGNITY OF PREVIOUSLY INCARCERATED MEMBERS OF THE TWIN CITIES COMMUNITY.
REENTRY CONNECT is a program of Twin Cities Rise, and IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE LONG-TERM EDUCATIONAL AND WORKFORCE PROSPECTS OF ADULTS WHO HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY INCARCERATED AND HAS SHOWN PROVEN RESULTS TOWARDS THIS GOAL on a very limited budget.
The program was formerly supported by a department of LABOR grant that ended in 2014. Twin Cities Rise has felt strongly about keeping the program going and must reach outside of the organization to raise the funds necessary. The need has never been more present to continue and expand the program & With your help, we can make it possible!

About ReEntry Connect
ReEntry Connect Participants receive personal empowerment training and work with a Reentry Connect case manager to develop their career goals and pathways. Case managers are able to connect participants to resources for housing, mental health treatment, parenting groups, mentoring and other support services.
Impact of Successfully Raising Funds for ReEntry Connect
By adding one additional case manager to the program we can double our capacity to serve.
