IN-FACILITY REENTRY TRAINING

Preparing for what comes next starts before release.

Twin Cities R!SE brings Empowered Reentry Training directly into correctional facilities to help participants build Personal Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, career readiness, and connections to support before returning to the community.

Skills for Work. Tools for Life.

ERT is about more than preparing for a job. It helps participants build skills they can use at work, in relationships, and throughout life after release.

Personal Empowerment

Build self-worth, confidence, personal responsibility, and a stronger belief in what is possible.

Emotional Intelligence

Develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and healthier ways to respond to stress and conflict.

Career Readiness

Strengthen communication, teamwork, networking, career exploration, and practical workplace skills.

Coaching + Connection

Begin building a connection with Twin Cities R!SE before release, with opportunities for continued coaching and employment support after returning to the community.

Reentry Preparation Starts Inside.

Twin Cities R!SE brings ERT directly into correctional facilities so participants can begin preparing for life and work after release while they are still inside.
