Some partners connect people to TCR for career training. Others provide resources or services that can support R!SERs along the way.

How We Partner
Refer People to TCR
Our partners often know people who are ready for their next step.
Community organizations, churches and other trusted partners can refer underemployed and unemployed individuals to TCR for career training, Personal Empowerment (Emotional Intelligence) training and ongoing career support.
Connect R!SERs to Resources
Sometimes a R!SER needs support outside of what TCR provides.
We work with trusted community partners who can help with additional resources and services. That may include support that helps remove barriers to employment and keeps someone moving forward.
Work Together in the Community
Partnership can also look like sharing resources, participating in community events, making referrals or finding new ways to support the people we both serve.
